(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The Cedar Rapids Community School District launches a new recruitment campaign to fill nearly 70 positions.
The Be The One campaign aims to attract teachers of color and special education teachers for the 2023-24 school year.
It comes with hiring and referral bonuses and discounted childcare rates.
Most of the positions are for elementary schools in the district.
