(Ankeny, IA) -- Ankeny property owners can recycle trimmed tree branches and bushes are two recycling events later this month.
The city says property owners are responsible for trimming branches to above at least 15 feet above the street or 8 feet above the sidewalk. Property owners can bring branches to recycling events on Saturday, May 20th and Sunday May21st at the City Maintenance Facility located at 211 Se Lorenz Drive. The service is free but is restricted to Ankeny residence only. Proof of identification will be required.
