No bond for two men accused of murdering 68 year old Omaha man

(Omaha, NE) -- Two men accused in the murder of a 68 year old Omaha man are ordered to be held without bond.

On Tuesday, three suspects in the death of Gary Lew appeared in Douglas County Court. Lew's body was found in rural Lancaster County last week. Investigators say they believe Lew was killed about a month before his body was discovered. Making court appearances on Tuesday were 37 year old Jacob Thornley, 39 year old Justin Thornley and 26 year old Braden Bongers. Both Thornley men were ordered to be held without bond. Bond was set at $500,000 for Bongers. All three men are facing second degree murder charges in Lew's death.

The fourth suspect in the case, 37 year old Christina Thornley, did not make a court appearance on Tuesday. She's charged with accessory to a felony, tampering with evidence and concealing a body. Christina is Gary Lew's daughter, while Justin Thornley is her husband.
