(Des Moines, IA) -- The Des Moines Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a material witness in the deadly January shooting at an educational non-profit organization.
Police have issued a material witness warrant for 18 year-old Kemoney McDuffy of Des Moines and say evidence indicates he has information that will help the investigation into the January 23rd shooting at educational non-profit Starts Right Here. That shooting left two people dead and one person, founder Will Keeps, injured. McDuffy is described as 5'9" and weighs approximately 140lbs.
