Former Clear Creek Amana Softball Coach Charged with Sex Abuse

(Tiffin, IA) -- A former Clear Creek Amana teacher and softball coach is facing two counts of sex abuse and two counts of sexual exploitation.

James White is accused of grooming a player for sex and engaging in sexual activity with her in 2007. Investigators say the victim was 15 at the time but didn't report the incident until March of this year. White was taken into custody on Sunday.

White coached the CCA softball team from 1995 until his resignation in 2012.
