(Undated) -- WalletHub says Iowa is a top 15 state for millennials. WalletHub says Iowa ranks 12th in the country. Iowa ranks best in the affordability and civic engagement categories, ranking 5th in both. WalletHub uses dozens of other metrics for its rankings including millennials to millennial unemployment rate and millennial voter-turnout rate. Neighboring Nebraska is just ahead of Iowa at 11th while Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota are all in the top 10.
