(Cerro Gordo Co., IA) -- Cerro Gordo County is agreeing to pay the family of a man who died in custody $3.5-million. Ricky Christianson died at the county jail back in 2020 after having a seizure. His kids accuse Mason City police of not providing him with his anti-seizure medication after being booked for probation violation. The case was set to go to trial next year.
