(Osceola, IA) -- The mayoral election declared by a name drawn out of a dish in Osceola is being challenged by the previous mayor.

Mayor Thomas Kedley tied with Matt Stoll in November leading to his victory being blindly drawn.

Kedley says the results should be disputed because of voter fraud.

Kedley claims a resident used a condemned home address on their voter information and wants to throw out that vote to have a completely new election.
