Jefferson County Judge Considering Lower Bond For Teens Accused Of Murder

(Jefferson Co., IA) -- A Jefferson County judge is considering a lower bond for the two teenagers accused of murdering their teacher in Fairfield. The 16-year-olds were in court Tuesday where the judge said he'll file a written ruling sometime next week. Jeremy Goodale and Willard Miller are accused of murdering Fairfield High School teacher Nohema Graber earlier this month. They're charged with first-degree murder.
