(Des Moines, IA) -- A fire at a building under construction in Des Moines is out. Firefighters put out a late night fire at a building under construction just north of Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Des Moines Fire says the building's sprinkler and fire alarm systems weren't working. Someone nearby had reportedly called in the fire. Construction on the building is expected to be set back.
