Nebraska Supreme Court Restricts Access to Court Meetings Over COVID-19

OMAHA, Nebraska - The state Supreme Court has issued an order restricting access to court meetings. Anyone with an elevated risk of passing the coronavirus to others is not allowed in any court meetings without approval.

It includes people who have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone with coronavirus. It also applies to people who have traveled outside the U.S. within 14 days or had close contact with someone who has. People with symptoms of respiratory illness such as fever, cough or shortness of breath are also not allowed in court meetings.
