OK, technically, the House doesn't have a filibuster. But a leader like Nancy Pelosi can talk for as long as she would like.
Apparently, Rep. Pelosi is so upset by an announced spending deal in the Senate that she decided to talk for a LOOOOONG time. And while Representative Doris Matsui wants to be supportive...she just can't....zzzzzzz
