One person's in custody after leading Des Moines police on a chase this (Wednesday) morning.
Police say it started on the city's east side, when officers were trying to pull over the suspect, on drug charges around 10:30am, when he refused to stop and led police on a chase through the city, and onto the interstate.
Officers eventually found him hiding behind a house in the 37-hundred block of Kingman Boulevard.
The suspect, who's name has not been released, is facing drug and weapons charges.
